Brian was fantastic – he walked us through every step of the process, from the initial inspection to dealing with the insurance claim and ensuring we were completely satisfied with the final result. The installation team was incredibly professional and courteous, and they even took the time to clean up thoroughly after themselves.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with ExteriorMax and especially with Adam Shaikh. They handled the entire roof replacement process, from the initial consultation through to the finished product, with a professionalism and attention to detail that really impressed us. Adam was fantastic – he took the time to thoroughly explain the work involved, presented us with several options and clear cost estimates, and then proactively identified and resolved a structural problem with our roof, providing us with detailed pictures and solutions. The materials used were also far better than we anticipated. We also really appreciated the strong warranty offered, which was a key factor in our decision.   Bryce from Starters was absolutely fantastic! From the moment he came out, he was incredibly professional and explained everything so clearly – we really appreciated how thorough and organized he was. He was always willing to answer our questions and patiently walked us through the entire process, making a stressful roof replacement feel surprisingly smooth and easy. We were particularly impressed with Bryce’s dedication and positive attitude; he was so patient with all our questions, even the ones we’d asked before. And to top it all off, he worked closely with our insurance company to get almost the full cost covered – truly amazing!   Honestly, I was pretty hesitant when Logan from Exteriormax contacted us after the hail storm, offering a free roof inspection and promising to handle the insurance claim for us. He was incredibly thorough, carefully inspecting the roof and taking lots of photos. However, the insurance company initially only agreed to cover a few minor repairs, saying the roof was 20 years old and most of the damage was just normal wear and tear. Logan didn’t give up! He worked with the insurance company, getting a second opinion and pushing for a better outcome. Thanks to his persistence and the team at Exteriormax, we were eventually able to get the whole roof replaced, and we only had to pay our deductible. We’re so grateful for their hard work and dedication. The job was done quickly and professionally – the new roof looks amazing!
