What really stood out was their attention to detail – they didn’t just offer a standard system like other companies we spoke with; they took the time to tailor the setup specifically to our ground mount situation.   I can’t recommend Greenfield Solar highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. They installed my solar panels back in the fall of 2023, and the difference in my monthly electric bill has been truly remarkable. I especially want to thank John, Claire, and Stephanie – they were incredibly helpful in explaining the local solar loan programs and tax credits, which were key to making the Mass Save project a reality. They were always prompt, professional, and really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.   “I can’t recommend The Solar Store in Greenfield enough. They truly stand behind their work – six years after our installation, we ran into a couple of loose bolts and a problem with ice damming. What impressed us most was their immediate response. They sent an electrician out right away to completely redo the connection and a team to ensure everything was solid. They even took care of the need for snow guards on our roof, which was an extra expense but handled with reasonable pricing and a really helpful attitude.   I recently visited Solar Store and I was really impressed! As a local student studying civil engineering at GCC, I’ve been wanting to check them out, and I found them to be incredibly helpful and friendly. They have a surprisingly wide selection, from smaller portable solar panels to full-sized systems, and they carry high-quality products built to last. What really stood out was their competitive pricing – they were even better than what I saw online. I’ve noticed a lot of retailers pushing really cheap, low-quality solar panels, but Solar Store offers genuine, durable solutions. I’m a bit of a tech guy, and I was particularly interested in their LED light bulbs. They had a great selection, and the prices were fantastic – significantly lower than what I’d seen online for comparable wattage. The demo was amazing; the brightness and energy efficiency were incredible, far outperforming traditional CFL bulbs. It’s great to see them offering this kind of innovative technology to everyday consumers. Beyond solar and lighting, they also have a good supply of bio-fuel in 5-gallon containers, which is a fantastic resource for folks in New England. I think Solar Store is going to be a really important place as people look for more sustainable energy solutions. It’s a great place, and I’d definitely recommend it – not just for Greenfield, but for the whole Franklin County area! And, bonus, they have a super friendly dog who loves frisbee. report abuse
