He went above and beyond, spending nearly two hours on the phone with me to walk me through the entire process – from accurate measurements to selecting the perfect styles and options. My client was genuinely amazed at how straightforward it all was, and that’s entirely thanks to Brad’s guidance.   “I was really struggling with the amount of light in my kitchen until Jason suggested replacing our old double-hung windows with a sliding door. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how it would work at first, but once he marked it out with painter's tape, it just clicked!
