  “It was concerning to see an employee setting up equipment directly on the sidewalk, and even more concerning that they didn’t move it when a gentleman in a wheelchair approached. The employee didn’t offer any help or acknowledge his presence, which felt quite inconsiderate.” report abuse

  “Initially, they told us they couldn’t handle land surveys, which was really disappointing. Then, their approach completely changed, claiming they only worked with commercial contracts. It’s been incredibly frustrating because the person I spoke with each time didn’t seem to understand my needs or have a clear grasp of their services – it felt like a lack of knowledge or effort.” report abuse
