  D-Bug did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the problem with our sump pump. They sent a technician who used cameras to pinpoint the issue – we had two crushed pipes that weren’t allowing the pump to work correctly. The recommendation was to replace them, and they efficiently did just that. They arrived promptly at 7 am and completed the work, including replacing the soil, by 10 am.
