I brought in a window that needed repair after an issue with a previous company, and the gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly and really went out of his way to explain everything I needed to know. They had it fixed and back to me by 1:30 pm – I’d dropped it off around 11 am! I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be using Builders Glass for all my glass needs from now on. Thank you!”

“I just wanted to share a fantastic experience with Builders Glass. We were driving south on I-75 near Gaylord and Grayling on December 22nd, heading to the Belding/Greenville/Lowell area from northern Wisconsin for the holidays, and unfortunately, we had a rock chip. Builders Glass was a lifesaver! They quickly ordered a replacement windshield and, incredibly, had it ready for us overnight on Monday. We dropped it off late on Monday and picked it up around noon on Christmas Eve – and the bill was $20 less than we were expecting! It was amazing to find a place that could get us taken care of so quickly, especially when everyone else was saying “at least Friday.” They really made our holiday trip so much easier, and the windshield is great – looks and feels like new! Highly recommend!”
