  Overall, the Cleary Building turned out absolutely fantastic – exactly what I’d hoped for from Cleary. The materials, design, and the quality of the build were exceptional; the team really knocked it out of the park! However, I was a little disappointed with the concrete work; it seemed rushed and the finish isn’t quite up to the same standard as the rest of the building. They’ve tried to address it, but it’s proving difficult to fully rectify. report abuse

  Overall, we had a really positive experience with Cleary. Josh was fantastic – he was incredibly responsive and really took the time to work closely with my wife and me throughout the entire building process. While there were some unavoidable delays due to staffing shortages and the winter weather, the final product is fantastic. I especially appreciated how friendly and professional the construction crew was; they explained everything clearly and patiently, which really put our minds at ease.   “I approached Cleary Construction with the project of building a hangar at the New Holstein airport, and Steve was my point of contact. While I ultimately went with a different contractor, I was really impressed with how Cleary responded. They put in a competitive bid and went above and beyond to try and secure the job. I’d say they were one of the few contractors I contacted who actually seemed interested in my project, and I definitely felt valued as a customer.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with this company. From the start, they were unwilling to complete the work as outlined in our contract, and then they sent a notice to lien. I brought this up with the salesperson, the local office manager, and even the regional manager, but no one seemed willing to address the issue or fulfill their obligations. There were consistently too many mistakes, miscommunications, and broken promises. Honestly, it’s been the worst contracting experience I’ve had in fourteen years – a truly frustrating and unreliable operation.” report abuse

  “The project faced significant delays, ultimately taking nearly six months longer than initially planned. The start date was repeatedly pushed back, and with the construction occurring during the harsh winter months, things just kept falling behind. We were provided with delivery dates, but those never materialized. Furthermore, we experienced a serious lack of communication; the sales representative was completely unresponsive for three weeks, despite multiple attempts to reach him via phone, text, and email. It wasn’t until we contacted corporate that they acknowledged the issue and instructed the sales rep to get back to us. Strangely, corporate initially informed us we weren’t even on the project schedule, which created a major confusion.” report abuse
