  Gerald and the team at Virtue Homes did an absolutely fantastic job with our kitchen remodel. We essentially gutted the entire space – removing the walls, adding a new window and lighting, and completely reworking the plumbing and electrical. What really impressed us was how meticulous they were; the crew cleaned up every day, and Gerald kept us fully informed of the progress with a detailed timeline. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend Gerald and Virtue Homes to anyone considering a remodel. report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience building our home with Dan, Gerald, and Kyle. From the initial exploration and design through to the build itself, the team was truly exceptional. We initially fell in love with the open concept layout of a Parade Homes model – particularly the back half of the house – and then worked closely with an architect to incorporate elements from another builder’s design, including a mudroom and study. Gerald, in particular, was a fantastic contractor. He and his team really focused on meticulous planning, providing us with a detailed spreadsheet outlining weekly tasks and responsibilities for each subcontractor. This was incredibly helpful and kept us informed throughout the process, which was especially appreciated given our frequent visits to the site. We really appreciated his proactive approach to managing the project. Dan and Kyle were also instrumental in navigating the design and construction details, seamlessly working with both Gerald and us. While there was a slight delay with the concrete, we’re incredibly pleased with the quality of the work, the amount we got done, and the overall timeline. We absolutely love our new house! It’s worth noting that Gerald is a quiet communicator, but he’s always reliable and delivers on his promises.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Gerald and Casey’s work. They were fantastic to have on the project and kept us fully informed every step of the way, especially when the cabinet contractor fell behind schedule. Casey was particularly proactive in adjusting the timeline and making sure we still finished very close to our original target. And to top it off, the project came in under budget – we’re thrilled with the completed theater, bar, rec room, bathroom, and basement spare bedroom! report abuse
