  I was so thrilled with A. Dion & Son – we’ve already used them once before to refinish our upstairs floors in 2020, and we recently had them work on our main level too. Because the floors run throughout the entire house, they did the job in phases, which was perfect. They were incredibly accommodating, scheduling us well in advance and even suggested the best top coat to protect against heavy traffic and our dog. The crew – Stew, Jupiter, and the whole team – were fantastic: always on time, super friendly and professional, and they left the site spotless every day. What really impressed me was how closely they matched the finish with our upstairs floors – it’s such a detail that really matters to me. Shane was also fantastic to work with, making the whole process really smooth, especially considering the initial estimate was done remotely during COVID.   Overall, the floor refinishing job was fantastic. We had two of our bedroom floors done, though we unfortunately missed the deadline before our move-in date. The team did a great job sanding the floors and sent us photos of areas needing attention, which was really appreciated. Once the new pieces were installed, they applied three coats of finish and thoroughly cleaned up – the floors look absolutely amazing! report abuse
