Honestly, it’s been incredibly disruptive living next to their operation. The constant noise from the machinery – the clanking and vibrations – start really early in the morning and it’s been a huge problem. I’ve tried to address it with them multiple times, but each time it’s become more difficult to communicate with and they seem increasingly unwilling to listen to my concerns.

I saw one of their employees react incredibly bravely after a serious car accident – they pulled over, used their flashing lights to warn other drivers, and immediately rushed to help the injured person, calling for assistance right away. It really speaks volumes about the kind of people they hire, and I think it’s a fantastic reflection on the company’s values.”
