  “I was so impressed with Kline’s Electrical Services! I initially contacted Amy, and she was fantastic – everything started off really well. My technician, Toby, was incredibly professional and explained the whole ceiling fan installation in a way I could easily understand, including the costs involved. He did a great job and I felt completely confident in his work. A few weeks later, a team of three – Rich, Paul, and Leo – tackled some other projects for me, and they were all just as amazing. Everyone was so knowledgeable and professional, and they really went above and beyond to get everything done. The whole job was completed in a single day, and they left my house spotless.   Honestly, I was incredibly relieved with Kline Electrical Services. It started with a really lucky find – I was just searching for an electrician and stumbled upon them. From the very first phone call with Amy, I felt like I was in good hands. They quickly got my appointment scheduled for between 6 and 7 p.m., and then they updated me when they realized I was completely without power, bumping me up to a priority appointment. And then, Toby showed up just 15 minutes later! He was fantastic – so professional, polite, and genuinely knowledgeable. He really listened to my concerns and worked carefully, especially considering my budget. He spent over five hours in my basement, and I barely heard a thing from him. When he was done, we sat down and talked about payment options, and he even went the extra mile by contacting the P.E. lineman to explore the possibility of reimbursement since the problem was with the equipment on the pole.
