  I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Crownstone’s Hagerstown location. It seems like they’re completely overwhelmed and unable to manage their equipment effectively. I was hoping to rent a walk-behind aerator for a large project – mowing and seeding for my property and four neighbors – and the whole process has been a disaster. Initially, a ride-on aerator was mistakenly picked up by the Frederick location, but I was assured it would be back within three weeks. However, it remained unavailable, pushing my timeline back four weeks and causing significant delays for my clients. When I finally went to rent the walk-behind aerator on Wednesday, they couldn’t locate it – no one knew where it was! It was like it vanished. The lack of communication and coordination between the locations is unbelievable. Honestly, it feels like they don't understand the importance of scheduling and meeting deadlines. I’ve been left with no equipment, no solution, and a huge disruption to my business. I’m now going to take my business elsewhere until Crownstone can improve their inventory management and communication between their locations. It's simply unacceptable. report abuse
