  I’m incredibly disappointed with the rental experience my family had. The property was completely unacceptable – there were no smoke detectors, the landlord refused to provide a lease, the wiring was exposed, and the locks hadn’t been changed from the previous tenant. It was shockingly filthy. Despite these serious issues, they still took the money. Honestly, it was a terrible experience, and the landlord clearly doesn't honor his commitments. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to steer clear – it’s not worth the trouble. report abuse

  Richard was a really valuable asset when I needed help with my step-dad – he was always so helpful. However, I was consistently disappointed with the attitude of some of the other staff; they seemed quite unfriendly. Also, the condition of the roads around the property is a serious concern, particularly for the elderly residents there. report abuse
