  “I was really pleased with the service I received from Glessner. Robert was fantastic – he patiently walked me through setting up my VOIP phone line for the EPCLV, which has been a huge help in keeping my work calls separate from my personal cell. It’s so much easier to identify work calls and avoid those pesky spam calls. Lance was also great, explaining all the features of the app and desktop versions.   Dan and Scott were both fantastic – they really went above and beyond. Dan was incredibly knowledgeable about the security system, patiently answering all of our questions and making sure we completely understood how everything worked once it was installed.
