I was deeply disappointed with the way my wrongful termination was handled. After six months of persistent communication – over fifty emails with the CEO and HR – we were still unable to reach a fair agreement. Their initial offer felt incredibly dismissive, and then they insisted on pursuing tax implications on that amount. Despite acknowledging my long-term employment and benefits, they remained steadfast in their decision, citing “performance-related issues” without any supporting evidence. The entire process felt incredibly rushed and lacking in transparency. It took six months to inform me of the termination, despite no previous warnings or complaints. I strongly believe there were other factors at play, particularly given my concerns about witnessing workplace violence, and the new CEO's actions seemed designed to avoid addressing those issues. The investigation itself felt incomplete, relying heavily on individuals who had since left the company. Frankly, I found the management team unresponsive and unwilling to genuinely consider my perspective. It seemed they were more interested in protecting their own reputations than in resolving the situation fairly. I left feeling that the company had lost its integrity, and I’m wary of doing business with them again.

Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the provided text: “I’m sharing this review after initially posting it and then taking it down while waiting for the CEO’s response. Unfortunately, my experience with Mr. Gray has been deeply concerning. I worked at the company for two years and ultimately felt I was unfairly dismissed, particularly given the circumstances. Following the departures of two high-ranking employees, a climate of misconduct became unbearable. I witnessed instances of dishonesty among the lead technicians, including what appeared to be a bribe, and felt targeted when I was considered for a promotion. When I raised concerns with the management team, they seemed to actively try to shut me down, dismissing my concerns as unimportant. I even requested a meeting with HR and the inspection manager to witness their response, but that never happened. To this day, I still don’t understand why I was fired, and the lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating. As one of the last remaining Black employees, I believe my termination was influenced by racial bias within the predominantly older, white male demographic of the company. I was a reliable employee with a spotless record, and I’m left with no answers. I’m posting this review hoping someone will finally acknowledge what happened and offer some explanation.”

I spoke with Dan on March 16th to schedule a project walk-through for the fire alarm system on March 21st. However, Dan called me at 8:50 AM on the 21st to say he hadn’t scheduled the appointment and that Advanced wasn’t taking on new jobs at the moment – it felt incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
