After purchasing my items and heading to the checkout, my child almost fell out of the cart because the wheels had locked up due to the security system. It was incredibly frustrating to be treated like a potential problem while simply trying to shop, and honestly, it left me worried about my child’s safety.”

I’m incredibly frustrated with the entire experience of ordering these custom windows. I waited two weeks for them to arrive, and upon picking them up, one was already severely cracked. I immediately informed the employee, and they promised a quick fix. However, two weeks passed with no update, and I was finally told there was a problem and it would take another two weeks to resolve. Then, unbelievably, someone damaged the window and it had to be completely replaced – sending it back to the manufacturer. The whole process, from when I initially ordered, has taken over a month and a half! This is a major setback for my rental property; I’m now significantly behind schedule and facing extra costs because of this delay.
