He was so easy to communicate with – he kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, from getting the initial quote to seeing updates on the work itself. I especially appreciated the pictures he sent; it was great to see how things were progressing.   Jeff did a fantastic job with the gable vents in our attic – it was definitely a challenging project with the age of our house (built in 1900!). He was really professional and friendly, and thankfully, he was able to complete the work for significantly less than his initial quote. We were so impressed with his quality of work and his attention to detail that we immediately asked him to install a handrail by our front door.
