  Honestly, my experience with Brothers Window Company was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the start, they got the wrong window size for my family room, and it took several calls and a replacement to get the correct one. While the new window itself looks great, it’s now starting to sweat as soon as the weather turns cold – apparently because the installer used the wrong type of window for my climate. Brothers insists they followed the original salesman’s order, but I haven't been able to get a satisfactory resolution after multiple attempts to contact them. I would strongly advise against using this company; they seem to install windows based on their own decisions rather than the customer’s needs. report abuse

  “I’d been putting off a kitchen remodel for ages, honestly – I’d had some really disappointing experiences with contractors in the past who just didn’t seem to care about the details I wanted. But working with Brothers Services was a completely different story. There were a few bumps along the way, as you always expect with a project like this, but Dave, Kelli, Ricky, Mark, and everyone else really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They were so responsive to my questions and concerns, and we worked through everything together with good communication. Ultimately, we ended up with a beautiful new kitchen that my wife and I absolutely love – it’s made a huge difference!   I absolutely love my new bathroom – it’s fantastic! I got a few different estimates for the remodel, but I ended up choosing Brothers and I couldn’t be happier. Their presentation was just outstanding; they gave me a really detailed proposal and even walked me through their showroom, helping me pick out everything and making sure it all looked perfectly coordinated. The crew who actually did the work were amazing too – so knowledgeable and incredibly respectful of my home. Kelli kept me constantly updated on the progress, which I really appreciated. Honestly, it was worth investing a little more. While some companies quoted lower prices, Brothers delivered a truly top-notch job, both in terms of the quality of the work and the materials.
