They took absolutely everything off my plate – it was so much easier than buying a previously owned property.   Overall, my experience with the trailer was decent – it’s a good quality trailer for what it is. Honestly, it could have been a much better experience if the salesperson I worked with had been more helpful. That person is no longer with the company, and I definitely experienced delays beyond what was initially promised. However, Tom, the manager, was fantastic to work with and really went above and beyond. report abuse

  Steve, the General Manager, was fantastic – I genuinely wish I could give him a 6 out of 5! Because I was new to this whole process, he was incredibly patient and helpful, always guiding us to the best decisions for our home. We definitely faced a few challenges along the way… report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience building with this company. Frankly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. From start to finish, it was a really unprofessional and frustrating process. The team were consistently rude and seemed to lack a clear understanding of the project. We had significant leaks develop during construction, particularly around the decks, which highlighted a serious lack of oversight and quality control. report abuse

  I would strongly advise against using this company. We had a really disappointing experience – they completely failed to deliver on their promises. Our new home was delivered without any protective plastic, leaving it completely exposed to the elements and collecting dust inside. It was a serious oversight and frankly, unacceptable. report abuse

  Overall, the crew did a fantastic job getting our house assembled quickly after it arrived in January. However, it’s clear that many businesses are currently struggling to find enough staff, so we just need to be patient and understanding while they work through it. report abuse

  Coastline did a fantastic job building our new home – the quality of their work is consistently excellent, and Dawn and Mike were truly wonderful to have as our builders. We’d absolutely give them five stars! However, the project took longer than expected, largely due to a change in management during the construction process. Hopefully, that’s been sorted out now. report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this company. The sales associates were consistently rude and dismissive of our concerns. The entire process of getting our home set up was unnecessarily slow and frustrating. To top it off, we were wrongly accused of losing parts – it felt completely unfair and unprofessional. report abuse

  Honestly, we’ve been incredibly frustrated with this process. We purchased the home with the understanding that certain promised repairs would be completed by February 13, 2016, and we’re still waiting over a year later. We’ve made three phone calls and even had an office visit, but the issues haven’t been addressed. It’s a real case of buyer beware, and we’re deeply concerned about the lack of follow-through. report abuse
