  Nick was fantastic – truly a knowledgeable and enthusiastic salesman who made the whole solar process so easy. He didn’t pressure us at all, but he really took the time to explain everything thoroughly, meeting with us several times to answer all of our questions. Honestly, he and the team at Trinity handled absolutely everything – all the paperwork, permits, and behind-the-scenes details – which was a huge relief. We just let them do their thing, and within a day and a half, we had our new solar system installed. And even months later, Nick has been incredibly responsive to my emails, which is fantastic customer service. report abuse

  I was really concerned after witnessing a driver operating one of your vehicles. They were speeding recklessly down the shoulder of a busy exit, and frankly, it was incredibly alarming. Given the condition of the car and the driver’s apparent disregard for safety, I have absolutely no intention of considering your brand in the future. It was a very unprofessional display and completely damaging to your company’s image. report abuse

  “I wanted to share an update on the recent machinery installation. While the installation team was fantastic – really friendly and efficient – I was frustrated because I wasn’t informed about the delay in getting the equipment off my driveway. The project manager explained that the rental company hadn’t properly communicated the 24-48 hour timeframe outlined in the contract. It’s a shame I wasn’t kept in the loop; with that information, I would have given the team a full five-star rating.” report abuse

  “We were really put off by the solicitor’s persistent visits – he came twice in two days, repeatedly knocking and causing a significant disturbance while we were trying to get our baby to sleep.   “We had a scheduled consultation call this morning, and unfortunately, the salesman never showed up. We waited and waited, and I had to reach out to them to get an update. They apologized, but they couldn’t reschedule. Honestly, it felt incredibly disrespectful to have our time wasted waiting, and they didn’t even bother to let us know there was a problem. I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism – we expected more respect and a proactive approach.” report abuse

  “I’ve been a customer of Trinity Solar and unfortunately, a recent storm damaged my roof. Since then, I’ve called three times to arrange for the panels to be removed, but I’ve just been getting the runaround – someone said they’d call me back, but it’s been a whole week and no one has followed up. Honestly, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.” report abuse
