  Paul was fantastic! When my AC went out, he really took the time to walk me through troubleshooting it over the phone – he didn’t just push for a service call right away. Once he diagnosed the issue, he arrived the same day to quickly and efficiently get it repaired in just 20 minutes, even though we were initially considering a full system replacement. He was professional, courteous, and did a great job. I’d absolutely recommend him and definitely plan to use his services again. report abuse

  Paul really went above and beyond to get my issue resolved – it was a quick fix, and he was incredibly helpful. What really stood out was his responsiveness; when my card company had a problem processing the payment, he took care of it right then and there, without any hassle.   “I was so pleased with the service I received! We had a really annoying leak coming from our bathtub spout, and Paul got it taken care of incredibly quickly. Henry did a fantastic job removing the old spout and fixing all the leaks, and then Tom followed up the next day to install the new one. Seriously, no more leaks! The whole team was incredibly professional and friendly – they really knew what they were doing. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend them!” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with the work this plumber did. Shortly after he finished, my water pressure completely shot up all over the house. He was incredibly defensive, refusing to take any responsibility and insisting the problem existed before he arrived. He tried to make me feel foolish for questioning the sudden change, even questioning my knowledge of my own home. Frankly, it felt like he was trying to shift the blame. When I explained that I’d lived here for years and knew how the water pressure should be, he became agitated, even swore at me, and ultimately just left. While it’s possible his actions contributed to the issue, his behavior was unprofessional and frankly, he seemed determined to avoid any accountability. A friend who's a plumber suggested he might have used the incorrect pipe because he didn't have the right one available, which only added to my frustration. I wouldn't recommend hiring him. report abuse
