  Autumn has been absolutely fantastic – she’s a true asset to Re-Nu. I’ve really appreciated her deep knowledge of the solar system and how patiently she explained things to me. She goes above and beyond to help customers, and her reassurance is incredibly valuable.   Overall, the ReNu team did a fantastic job with our solar installation. It was a really involved process – from initial planning and engineering to securing all the necessary permits and inspections. They handled everything, which was a huge relief. Now, about three months in, we’re still getting familiar with the system and learning how to maximize those cost savings, which is normal. We did encounter a few unexpected issues along the way, but ReNu addressed them promptly and effectively. If you’re considering solar in Pennsylvania, I’d definitely recommend them. report abuse

  I was really frustrated with my solar bill – it was unexpectedly huge. I contacted ReNu, but unfortunately, the sales agent and manager didn’t seem able to help me resolve the problem. Thankfully, it was escalated to the owner, who was fantastic. He was incredibly professional and addressed the issue within 24 hours.   Megan did a really helpful job presenting on solar energy. She clearly explained the different financing programs and gave me a solid understanding of the steps involved in getting an installation. They were incredibly respectful and really took the time to explain everything to us in a professional way.   “I was really pleased with the initial setup – they did a great job with the installation and cleanup in January, and things seemed to be moving along until July when the system was finally installed. It was frustrating that it took so long to get the system actually turned on, and I was still paying bills during that time. However, I really want to thank Renu for stepping in and resolving everything. They quickly corrected the situation, credited me for the payments I’d made, and secured the necessary clearances. Now the system is working perfectly, and Renu even organized a video call to walk me through everything. I’m so grateful for their dedication and I can confidently recommend this company – they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.” report abuse

  “I want to start by saying that the whole solar installation process was surprisingly challenging, but Autumn Gipe-Valentin really saved the day. She was fantastic – so professional and incredibly patient, and her calm reassurance made a huge difference throughout all the changes and updates. Honestly, she’s exactly the kind of person you want handling customer relations. The installation team was also top-notch; the electrician was especially helpful, explaining everything he was doing and even walking me through downloading the monitoring app. And to top it all off, at the end of each day, they cleaned up *everything* – every piece of material on the roof, the ground, and even swept out part of the garage to make sure there was absolutely no mess left behind.” report abuse
