  Honestly, the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. I contacted them a month ago and followed up multiple times – three calls and several messages – but never received a courteous callback. It’s completely understandable why my review isn’t from a satisfied customer after such a long wait. And to add to the annoyance, they quoted a significantly higher price than other companies, including an extra charge for printed lot lines, which, frankly, seemed reasonable. When I questioned the pricing, the response was just a dismissive “we’re busy.” You really have to do your own research and compare quotes before going with any company – don’t just rely on online reviews! report abuse

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience trying to get a quote from this company. I’ve called three times and haven’t received a single callback. Each time, I spoke with a very polite woman who took down my information – name, address, and phone number – and assured me they’d get back to me with a quote. The first call was in April, during COVID restrictions, and they weren’t conducting surveys, but promised to follow up. Despite the restrictions being lifted, I was still met with no return contact. After multiple attempts, I finally received a quote of $1,300 to survey my property – which, by the way, is only a small lot. Honestly, the pricing is far too high for the service, especially considering I’ve found another company offering the same service for $750. The lack of communication and inflated prices have been incredibly frustrating. report abuse

  Karol’s responsiveness has been incredibly disappointing. After I paid her for the house viewing and survey, she hasn’t followed through at all. She hasn’t even sent me proof she visited the property or completed the survey, despite my requests. I’m understandably frustrated and won’t be working with her again until I hear back from her promptly. report abuse
