“We absolutely loved working with Espire Homes to build our new home in Wisconsin! From the moment we toured a model home, we knew we’d found the right builder – the floor plans are fantastic, bright and spacious, and the quality of the materials is truly impressive. And to our surprise, all the upgrades were included as standard! Linda, our saleswoman, was an absolute gem. She was so personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, always keeping us fully informed about our build. Ryan, our project manager, went above and beyond, taking the time to meet with us on-site and walk us through the entire process, even sending us regular videos and photos so we could stay involved from out of state. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and friendly – it really felt like they were building a home for us, not just a house. The owner was so involved and made sure we were always happy. Honestly, this team has become like friends, and it’s wonderful to have such a supportive group during such a big investment.”

We absolutely love our home built by Espire Homes, particularly our NuPath – we’ve been so thrilled with it for the past 3.5 years! The whole process, even with the challenges of building during COVID, was incredibly positive. Daryl and Jenny Prusow and their team were fantastic to work with; they were always so communicative and genuinely caring. Linda, our sales person, was phenomenal! We especially appreciated their deep knowledge, their commitment to ethical practices, and the fact that they built our home to such high standards with meticulous attention to detail. We were able to really customize the home to perfectly fit our needs and wishes, and we’re so grateful for the seamless process and timely resolution of any questions we had. Thank you Espire Homes for creating our beautiful, custom-built home!

Honestly, my experience with Espire Homes was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, quite upsetting. From the very beginning, communication was a huge problem, leaving us feeling constantly stressed and in the dark about the building process. What was particularly concerning was the obvious tension between the staff – people were openly complaining about each other, which created a really uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Adding to that, we received complaints from the suppliers, which made us seriously question the quality of the materials and workmanship. The final straw was needing to involve the state building inspector to fix a major issue with the fireplace – it was clear they weren't committed to doing things right without outside help. But the worst part was how they treated us. It felt like they simply didn't listen to our concerns and were constantly defensive. It created a really difficult and adversarial relationship. And to top it all off, they kept holding onto some of our money even though they hadn’t earned it. I would urge anyone thinking about using Espire Homes to seriously reconsider – the entire experience was deeply disappointing and, honestly, I wouldn't trust them with anything.

Overall, our experience with Espire has been a bit of a mixed bag. We chose them to build our home and, honestly, the quality of the house itself is fantastic – we absolutely love it and are so happy with our forever home. Brian, our project manager, has been a real lifesaver throughout the entire process and we really appreciate his dedication. However, there were some significant communication issues and logistical challenges. Initially, we were very clear about wanting a greenhouse attached to our home, and while Linda our saleswoman was helpful, the initial blueprints didn’t include it. We were then directed to a separate company to handle the greenhouse, which unfortunately set us back about four months. Throughout the build, we often felt like we were bouncing between five or six different people, which made it difficult to get clear answers and coordinate things. We’ve had a few hiccups with contractors, and while nothing is unfixable, better upfront communication about what they could and couldn't do would have made a huge difference. With a few key improvements in communication and coordination, Espire has the potential to be a truly excellent company.

“I’m really excited to be moving to Wisconsin, and I’m off to a fantastic start thanks to a wonderful connection. I recently passed my real estate exam and, incredibly, the owner of Espire Homes took the time to meet with me and guide me through getting started. He was so helpful and approachable, giving me really valuable advice – he even spent an hour and a half with me! I truly appreciate his support and consider him a fantastic mentor. I’d definitely recommend Espire Homes to anyone looking for a home builder.”

Honestly, we were blown away by our experience with NuPath Homes. Everyone we worked with – from the initial consultations to the final walkthrough – was incredibly creative, really responsive, and just a pleasure to deal with. It’s clear that the Espire/NuPath system is a fantastic product, and it genuinely surpassed all our expectations compared to other builders we looked at. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

Overall, our experience building with this company was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, disappointing. While we absolutely love our home now, the process to get there was a huge struggle. We chose a NuPath model, and we’ve heard fantastic things about our neighbors who built with Demlang – a clear contrast to our experience. From the very beginning, we faced significant issues, starting with a delayed soil test done in April that wasn’t addressed until February the following year. Despite repeatedly asking about added costs, we received a dismissive response that everything was “fine.” This delay spiraled into a massive financial burden, forcing us to scramble for extra funds. Beyond the delays, there were serious communication problems. Our selections coordinator was consistently unresponsive, often requesting information she should have already had, and our project manager was overwhelmed, frequently blaming others for delays. The subcontractors were unreliable – the concrete crew was late, the finishing carpenter disappeared, and the painters were unprofessional. Honestly, the only positive interaction we had was with Linda, who consistently advocated for us when no one else seemed to care. Despite these issues, we’re grateful to have a beautiful home, but we strongly advise considering other builders.

“I can’t say enough good things about Espire Homes! We were in a really stressful situation – our original builder pulled out just before closing on a piece of land, and we were completely panicked. Then we found Espire, and Daryl, the owner, stepped in and met with us on a Sunday to walk us through their model homes. John, the architect, quickly designed a fantastic floor plan for us. Because of their incredible efficiency and how genuinely caring they were about our situation, we were able to close and now, just a few months later, we’re days away from moving into a beautiful home that we’ve poured our hearts into. Jill, the selections coordinator, was amazing – she helped me make so many decisions and gave me so many options. And Jenny and Kristin S. kept us perfectly informed about all the finances. But Matt, our general contractor, truly deserves a huge thank you; he was always so responsive to my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Honestly, the whole team at Espire is a hidden gem. Their professionalism, transparency, and communication were outstanding – they always responded to my emails so quickly. They’ve built us the home of our dreams, and we’re so excited to start our family there. If you’re considering building a home, I wholeheartedly recommend checking out Espire – you won’t be disappointed!”

“We absolutely love our new home! The work done by Espire was truly exceptional – the craftsmanship is just incredible.”

“Our initial meeting went well, and everyone we met with was fantastic. However, things have shifted considerably. With current supply and labor costs, alongside rising interest rates, building an 1800 square foot home is simply becoming unaffordable right now. We need to seriously rethink our plans.”
