  “Honestly, our experience building our home with this company was incredibly disappointing. They were amazing and welcoming before we even signed the contract, which felt a little unsettling, but we were excited. However, things quickly changed after we committed, and it became a really stressful and frustrating process. We weren't getting the personalized attention and honest communication we’d hoped for, and we definitely felt like we weren't getting the quality and service we deserved considering the price we paid. It was a challenging build, navigating the current supply and labor shortages, but Jeff and his team truly went above and beyond. Jeff’s design eye and creativity resulted in a home that’s truly unique – one of a kind. Communication was always prompt and open, and he consistently put our needs and concerns first. Chris, our project manager, was fantastic – so dedicated and genuinely cared about our project and us.
