They really took the time to find the best incentives and financing options for us, and thankfully, they were able to keep things on track despite some challenging weather conditions.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Northeast Solar through the Solarize Belchertown program. From the very first meeting with Zach, who clearly explained everything and helped us size our system perfectly, to the smooth installation by Chris and Jeff, it was a really straightforward and easy process. They were incredibly respectful and did a fantastic job of concealing the wiring, which was a big plus. Dave’s electrical work in the basement was also top-notch – clean and professional. The whole team handled the paperwork with National Grid and the SMART program seamlessly, and the inspections were handled quickly. We started generating power sooner than we anticipated, and we absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northeast Solar to anyone. report abuse

  “I’m so pleased with the work Northeast Solar did on my roof! I’d been considering solar for a while when they initially checked out my property and advised against it due to the trees blocking the sunlight. I really appreciated their honest assessment. A year later, after the oak trees were decimated by gypsy moths, I reached out again, and they quickly got everything set up for me.   Overall, I was incredibly pleased with Northeast Solar. From start to finish, they did a fantastic job. Their design was really well thought out, and the price was very competitive – a huge plus. The installation itself went smoothly, and they even made the financing process through Umass Credit Union surprisingly easy. It was clear they had a lot of experience; they handled every step of the process with confidence and professionalism. What really stood out was their customer service – they’re a genuinely approachable team, and getting answers to my questions was always simple and quick.   “We’re absolutely thrilled with Northeast Solar! We’ve had our roof panels for five years now, and we really made the right choice going with them. The installation was surprisingly smooth, and they took the time to walk us through everything, even making sure we were getting all our SREC payments.
