“I had a really frustrating experience with a company operating in the Fenway area. It’s clear they’re trying to work in this busy neighborhood, but their approach was completely unprofessional. Parking is already incredibly difficult, especially with the Red Sox game happening – I was circling for nearly an hour trying to find a spot. I pulled into a space on Jersey Street and immediately saw a sign stating a no-parking zone between 7 am and 4 pm. Despite this, a worker confronted me, berating me and accusing me of being stupid for trying to park after 4 pm. He then verbally attacked me and my husband, demanding I move my car and threatening to have it damaged. It was utterly appalling behavior. To add to the stress, he refused to provide his company name and seemed to enjoy belittling me. I reported the incident to 311, and I’ll be filing a formal complaint. Honestly, the parking situation in Fenway is already challenging, but it’s unacceptable for a company to resort to this kind of aggressive and disrespectful behavior.”
