  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Triad! Dave Golberg was fantastic – he was incredibly communicative and always kept me updated. The crews were seriously impressive too, working like a well-oiled machine and doing an amazing job resurfacing my pool.   We absolutely loved working with Triad to build our new pool deck! From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional and kept us fully informed about every stage of the project. It was fantastic to see their team – David, Philippe, and the whole crew – working so well with our other contractors, and we were thrilled with the quality of their workmanship and the thorough cleanup when it was finished.   Triad did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our pool and deck – we couldn’t be happier! Gene Mazzone really took the lead, guiding us through every step, from choosing the perfect pool surface and tile deck to the final acid wash. The work crews were fantastic – so professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. They worked incredibly well together and with our existing pool company, making the whole process run smoothly. It was definitely a challenging year with scheduling issues due to Covid, but Triad and Gene went above and beyond to deliver, and we’re completely satisfied with the results. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the work Triad and Dave Migliorini did for our pool patio and walkways. Dave really listened to what we wanted and offered some fantastic suggestions that completely transformed our outdoor space. They worked seamlessly with the Pool Doctor 2 to create a beautiful and functional area, and the crews were fantastic – so friendly and patient, especially with my son who was fascinated by them throughout the whole project! Jason was fantastic – he was incredibly communicative throughout the entire project, from the initial design to the final installation, and it really felt like we were working with a true partner. They even took care of some overlooked details with the pool setup that needed fixing, and they handled it with such respect for the size of the job, avoiding any unnecessary upselling.   Triad Design & Install did a fantastic job on our retaining walls and pool deck. From the initial design – which was really well thought out and we were able to work with them to adjust it to fit our budget – to the final completion, they were incredibly professional and reliable. What really stood out was their responsiveness; they went above and beyond when they noticed a small issue with the stairs being slightly too high. They identified the problem, took care of it completely (a full day’s work for their team), and didn’t hesitate to do what was right. While they might not be the cheapest option, the quality of their work and their commitment to customer satisfaction make them definitely worth the investment – we couldn’t be happier with the result. report abuse

  “We recently had a patio installed around our pool by Triad, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Mark Kissel was our main point of contact, and he was fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come to our house, carefully discuss all the details, and make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. It was a really smooth and excellent experience overall, and we’re so glad we chose Triad. They’re a little bit of a drive (about an hour), but definitely worth it.   “We were incredibly pleased with the work done – they completely resolved the issue with our sidewalk and driveway. They took the time to carefully remove the roots from the nearby oak tree that were causing the panels to lift, and thankfully, didn’t damage any of our irrigation or water/sewer lines. The crew was fantastic, really respectful of our property, and the price was extremely reasonable.
