  Krista and Kevin were fantastic – we were so thrilled with the service they provided. Rebekah was a real gem, incredibly helpful and kept us laughing which was exactly what we needed as a bride.   “We were in a complete panic leading up to our wedding when our original rental company completely dropped the ball – it was awful! Thankfully, our caterer connected us with Taylor Rental, and they were absolute lifesavers. Not only did they step in at the last minute, but their quality was far superior to what we’d originally booked, and the prices weren’t much higher. They provided everything we needed – 12 farm tables, 100 chairs with cushions, 100 garden chairs, 200 glasses and napkins, and cocktail tables – and they were incredibly professional, arriving early, delivering everything perfectly, and even handling the pickup afterward.   I recently rented a chainsaw and stump grinder – I was hoping to get a head start on some yard work before the good weather really arrived. I’d used a chainsaw before, but the stump grinder was new to me. Andy, the mechanic, was fantastic; he was so helpful and even gave me a demonstration out in the field.   My experience with Taylor Rental in Haverhill was extremely disappointing and frankly, quite upsetting. I encountered a very unprofessional attitude from one of the sales associates, Shaun, who was rude and refused to even consider upgrading my equipment when it first broke down. I ended up in a heated argument and was left feeling completely ignored – the owner never even returned my call. To add to the frustration, a second piece of equipment also failed, and the mechanic, Andy, was condescending and wrongly accused my worker of damaging it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Taylor Rental of Haverhill and strongly advise others to proceed with caution. report abuse
