  I absolutely have to say, Rand Stevens was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and patiently answered every single one of our questions. And thankfully, he got our air conditioning working perfectly just in time for the 4th of July – we couldn’t have asked for better service!   I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Horizon/Level. The electrician spent four hours diagnosing a problem with the outlets in my upstairs bedroom, and charged me a $400 diagnostic fee. Despite this, the issue wasn’t resolved, and I now have an estimate for an additional $400 to replace the outlets myself – a much more affordable solution. To add to the frustration, he left four outlets uncovered and two completely unwired. Honestly, it was a terrible experience, and we won’t be using their services again. We’ll definitely be going with Boulden Brothers in the future. report abuse

  Jacob was fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly polite, respectful of my property, and even put on his booties – a really nice touch. Honestly, I’ve owned my home for over 20 years and he was truly one of the best technicians I’ve ever had. I’d absolutely recommend him and Horizon to anyone. report abuse

  Terry did a fantastic job with my service today. He completely replaced the blown flex capacitor, installed a new air filter, and took the time to explain the basics of preventative maintenance – really helpful stuff!   “Tony did a fantastic job with our hot water heater issue – he quickly diagnosed the problem and offered several repair options, thankfully without needing a replacement. He was really thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, and we were so pleased that he got it all done the same day.
