  Overall, Mylin Pool Water did a fantastic job filling our pool after the liner needed replacing. They were punctual for the appointment, and the driver was really efficient. He did run out of water initially, but he followed up the next day with a full delivery and got the job completely done.   I was incredibly disappointed with my experience using this business. They cancelled our delivery just hours before they were supposed to arrive, leaving us scrambling to find a solution. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely hostile, arguing with me and blaming the issue on my side. We had a very tight deadline – new pool plaster had just been applied – and I had to quickly find another company to deliver two tank loads. When I asked the owner to handle the remaining delivery, he refused, stating that I was responsible for the problem. The receptionist continued to escalate the situation by arguing about a bridge toll, and I never received a return call from the owner despite my repeated requests.   I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered pool water and was told it would take two weeks, which I accepted. I called the day before delivery to confirm, but the water never arrived on the scheduled day. I took the entire day off work waiting, and when I finally called to check on it at 2pm, I received no answer. Thankfully, my husband was able to reach them shortly after, only to be told it was “on its way” with no further explanation. Ultimately, the water was never delivered and I received no communication whatsoever. It felt like a complete lack of professionalism and just a lot of excuses when they finally contacted me the next day. I wouldn’t recommend this company – the service was truly unacceptable. report abuse

  “Overall, I had a good experience. The office staff were really friendly and helpful, and I was impressed that they still managed to get my water delivered even with the heavy rain.
