  I’m really concerned about the driving behavior I’ve witnessed on this street, particularly by drivers from this company. I’ve repeatedly observed them being incredibly reckless, especially when exiting south – they completely disregard traffic signals and seem to assume the right of way. It’s happened to me, and I’ve heard similar stories from others; one driver even ran three red lights and continued on his way without a second thought. It’s frightening and makes me feel very unsafe, like they don’t respect the safety of other drivers. report abuse

  AMERICAN ASPHALT truly knocked it out of the park! We’ve used them for our asphalt sealing every 3-4 years, and we’ve consistently had some challenges with the stenciling – particularly with parking numbers, fire lines, and handicap areas. But what really impressed us was their thoroughness; Steve and his team took the time upfront to meticulously document everything before they began. Steve himself is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive (he’s an early riser!). And Carlos and the whole crew deserve a huge thank you – they did a fantastic job starting and finishing the project so cleanly. We wholeheartedly recommend them – A+! report abuse

  I was incredibly shaken this morning, May 11th, at 6:30 AM, while merging onto Highway 680 from 580. A truck was speeding and recklessly cut in front of several cars, including myself, specifically to exit at Stoneridge. The driver then hesitated, almost causing a collision. To top it all off, he became extremely aggressive, gesturing with a middle finger and his passenger laughed. It was completely unacceptable behavior and a serious safety hazard. Honestly, it was terrifying. People need to be more patient and aware of their surroundings, especially when they’re rushing to work. report abuse

  “My experience with American Asphalt was extremely concerning. The superintendent seemed completely unprofessional, refusing to communicate with me in English despite being fluent, and the overall atmosphere felt lacking in ethics and integrity. Furthermore, a scheduled meeting with the president, Shel Waggener, was deliberately avoided after I confirmed it, which was deeply disrespectful.
