He really took the time to understand what I wanted for my home and offered genuinely helpful recommendations without any pushy sales tactics. I appreciated that he was upfront about pricing from the beginning, and it was great not having to negotiate or deal with any pressure. He kept me updated on the progress of my order, which was fantastic, especially with some delays from the manufacturer. Ultimately, we chose a Mohawk SPC product, and we absolutely love the finished result.
