  Emerson and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating my bathroom. They completely replaced and upgraded all the water lines, and they were meticulous about adhering to city code. I was particularly impressed with his reliability – he consistently showed up on time and stayed on-site throughout the entire project.   I’m really disappointed with this company. They misled me about the cost of the job upfront, and unfortunately, they weren’t able to resolve the drain issue on their first visit – requiring a second, and ultimately more expensive, attempt to complete the work. Honestly, I felt like they were dishonest and didn't seem to have the skills to properly handle the problem. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with USA Plumbing – Emerson was fantastic! We had a sudden kitchen plumbing issue and he walked me through turning off the main water over the phone, which was a huge relief. The next day, he arrived and fixed the broken pipe really well.
