  “As the owner of the largest flooring store in Cape Coral, I wanted to share my honest experience with Floor Solutions USA (formerly VIP Floors/Alon Building Products). Frankly, I’ve been really disappointed with their Luxury Vinyl Plank. We’ve consistently encountered a lot of manufacturing defects and issues with the locking systems – it’s been far below what we expect from vinyl flooring. To be clear, these products are clearly coming from China and are, unfortunately, some of the poorest quality vinyl planks we’ve ever dealt with. It seems they changed their name to avoid past issues, and I strongly advise anyone considering this brand to look at other options – you’ll be much happier in the long run.” report abuse

  I had a truly awful experience with this flooring company, and I’m incredibly frustrated and frankly, frightened by what happened. I contacted them hoping to get flooring installed in my new store, and from the very beginning, things went horribly wrong. They initially seemed helpful, asking about my flooring choices and promising installation the next day. The owner, who was supposed to be the one doing the work, sent his wife to my location to take measurements and pick up the check. She arrived with two guys who told me they were new hires that day – and, thankfully, the whole interaction was recorded on camera. Despite her assurances, she told me later that same day that they didn't have the flooring and it would be a month or two before it was available. This was incredibly disruptive, especially since I'd specifically chosen this flooring to match my store's design. Then, when she picked up the check, she claimed everything was fine and the installation would happen that day. She took my money, and it was clear they didn’t have the product. It was unbelievable! Things escalated dramatically when the owner, in a completely unprofessional and aggressive manner, called me demanding I return the money. He arrived at my store, parked in a way that blocked my access, and then proceeded to bang on my door, almost assaulting me. It was terrifying, especially since I’m a woman alone in my store. I locked myself in my car, waiting for him to return my money. This whole situation was incredibly stressful and damaging. I filed a police report, and thankfully, the entire incident was captured on camera by other store owners. Because of their false promises and unprofessional behavior, I had to scramble to find another company, paying double the original price. They refused to give me a refund, and the paperwork didn’t even mention a refund policy. I’m taking legal action against them. This company’s actions were completely unacceptable, and I’m determined to hold them accountable for the stress, wasted time, and financial loss they caused. report abuse

  I’m really sorry to say this was a very disappointing and concerning experience. I hired this company and they took my payment but ultimately didn’t complete the work. The worker told me his credit card machine was down and insisted on taking cash after I’d already paid. He then simply disappeared and hasn’t responded to my calls. I strongly advise against using this company – it seems incredibly dishonest. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience working with Mr. Garcia. He completed two floors in a rental property, but unfortunately, there was a defect and he had to have someone remove a section of the floor. Despite this, I couldn't get him to return to properly fix the original issue, and I even offered an extra $200 to address the bubble, but he never came back. I ended up having to hire someone else to complete the work. I certainly don't expect to hear from Mr. Garcia again, and I wouldn’t recommend using this company for any projects. report abuse
