  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Purelight. They clearly explained everything about their solar power system – the details, the timeline, and the installation process – and the installation itself was done exceptionally well. The only slightly frustrating part was the shifting of the initial inspection dates, but Purelight quickly addressed and resolved the issue.   Overall, Purelight did a great job guiding us through the process of switching to solar – everyone we spoke with was incredibly professional, friendly, and reliable. However, it’s really important to understand the tax credits involved. Our representative mentioned a significant refund, but we quickly learned that’s not how it works. You only receive a tax credit, and if you owe money on your taxes, that credit will be used to offset your debt. So, don’t expect a large lump sum to pay down your solar loan; you’ll need to cover that through a separate payment. report abuse

From the initial design phase with Brandon Weems, to the fantastic installation team of Nat, Joe, Hugo, Tristen, and Dre – everyone was incredibly professional and genuinely friendly. Libby kept us consistently updated, and Brandon and Libby were always readily available to answer any of our questions. George was also a huge help getting us up and running. Once the system was installed, Cody Weiskircher took the time to thoroughly explain everything and show us how to use the app to track our energy production. Honestly, Purelight Power made the whole process seamless and stress-free.
