Randy really stood out to us. He was the only contractor who took the time to sit down and go through everything with us, patiently answering all our questions. It was great hearing about how the furnace uses energy efficiently to maintain a warm house, rather than constantly trying to heat it up from scratch. Plus, he also discussed potential upgrades for air conditioning in the future, which was really helpful.
