  “We were so relieved with L&S’s service when our water heater suddenly went out – it was a tricky situation since it was a mobile home unit. They quickly found a replacement and, importantly, coordinated with an electrician to get everything done right. Scott was fantastic; he did a truly outstanding job installing the new heater, and we had hot water back within two days!   “I can’t recommend Jake and his team highly enough! We had a complete furnace failure in the middle of winter, and they were absolutely fantastic. They got everything done so quickly and efficiently, and Jake kept me updated every step of the way while we got a new furnace ordered and installed.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. I called them because my sister was recovering from surgery and we needed a new shower installed on the main level – the stairs were too difficult for her. The owner promised to come by and assess the situation, but he never showed up. I followed up a week later, and the woman I spoke with just passed the issue on to someone else without any updates. It’s been nearly three weeks with no communication whatsoever! It’s incredibly frustrating and feels incredibly rude. I ended up having to get another plumber who was able to get here within a couple of days. And to top it off, they called *me* three weeks after my initial call to ask if I still needed the work done – my sister is completely recovered! Overall, a terrible experience. report abuse

  “I just wanted to express how incredibly grateful we are for the amazing work your plumber did for my mom. We had a really frustrating problem with the bathroom sink draining – it turned out to be a seriously stubborn clog that had been building up for at least fifteen years! It was far more complicated than we initially thought. He really went above and beyond, trying every solution before realizing the only way to fix it was to access the pipes through the closet. Honestly, I’ve never seen a pipe so completely blocked – it was unbelievable! Once he got it cleared, he even put in drywall to cover the access hole.
