  Joe was fantastic to work with throughout the entire project. He brought some really creative design ideas to the table, and his pricing was competitive compared to other contractors we got quotes from – we actually got a lot more value than we anticipated. It’s been four years now, and he’s still supporting me with a current issue I’m dealing with a fiberglass manufacturer.   “Joe really stepped up and handled a challenging situation with our pool. When the old one collapsed, he quickly organized the demo and then expertly oversaw the installation of the new one. The quality of the work was fantastic, and he even offered some great recommendations for upgrades like an automatic cover and a brick paver deck – which we really appreciated.   Seriously, I would strongly advise against working with Artistic Development Fiberglass Pools LLC. Once they have your payment, they completely disappear – no phone calls, no updates, nothing. I’d recommend holding onto the full payment until the entire job is absolutely finished, and be prepared for very little communication throughout the process. It’s a risky situation, so proceed with extreme caution. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. I need regular maintenance for my indoor fiberglass pool – balancing the water and keeping it clean – and they’ve completely ignored me. I’ve left four messages through their message service and haven’t received a single call back. The worst part is the complete lack of communication; it’s like they don’t even want the business.   This contractor seems incredibly unreliable. It sounds like he’s primarily focused on getting paid and delaying the project completion – essentially taking his time and not prioritizing the job. Worse still, he’s demonstrated a lack of respect for his employees, consistently shortchanging them on their paychecks and demanding they drive to his home every Friday to retrieve the missing funds. report abuse
