  Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. We tried repeatedly to get help with our house plans over the course of a month, but it was impossible to get through to anyone. We left multiple voicemails and sent emails, with no response at all. Finally, after several attempts, we were told they were in a meeting, and then they simply hung up on me. When we called back, we were given a completely unrealistic timeframe of at least six months before they could even look at our plans – it felt like they weren't interested in helping us at all. I wouldn't recommend contacting this company if you need anything done within the next six months. report abuse

  “Honestly, I was really disappointed with the baseball and softball fields this firm designed. The dugouts are shockingly small – the smallest I’ve ever encountered, and frankly, a huge oversight. Anyone familiar with baseball and softball would have created something much more functional and usable. I wouldn’t recommend them for this project.” report abuse
