  Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. We tried repeatedly to get help with our house plans over the course of a month, but it was impossible to get through to anyone. We left multiple voicemails and sent emails, but we were always told they were in a meeting. Eventually, after countless attempts, they hung up on me. When I called back, the front desk simply told me it would be at least six months before they could even look at our plans – completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend going with this company if you need any immediate assistance. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the baseball and softball fields this firm designed. The dugouts are shockingly small – honestly, they’re the tiniest I’ve ever encountered, and frankly, anyone with even a basic understanding of how ballfields should be built could have done a much better job.
