Then, Stewart Painting stepped in and Jeff was amazing. He not only listened patiently to my frustrations after a long and stressful renovation year, but he also helped us create a realistic plan and prioritize our work. Glenn, who did the actual painting, was incredible too – his skill level was fantastic, and he was so respectful and hardworking. What really set Stewart Painting apart was Jeff’s commitment to quality control. It’s so much easier to talk about problems when you have someone in charge who’s truly invested in the project. It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was monitoring everything from start to finish. “I was pretty pleased with the deck cleaning itself – they did a great job. However, unfortunately, during the process they accidentally damaged the paint on the base of several columns supporting the roof, stripping it down to the wood. The sales guy and operations manager assured me they’d take care of the damage, but they never followed through. As a result, I ended up spending $80 and three hours of my time to repaint the columns myself. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend hiring them again.”
