  I initially gave this company one star because the initial quote and plan didn’t align with my budget, and the representative wasn’t very clear about the costs involved. However, I’m updating my review to three stars. They quickly resolved a significant issue when I received a $1300 invoice for services after I cancelled. The representative who handled my case has since left the company, but they took full responsibility, absorbed the cost of the invoice, and apologized sincerely.   “Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the work Devlin did to significantly boost my energy production. They seamlessly integrated their system with my existing Tesla installation from 2018, effectively closing the 35% gap between production and consumption and even bringing me up to around 110%. Devlin handled everything – designing the new system, integrating it with my existing Tesla setup, installing three Tesla batteries, and even adding snow guards and moving roof vents.   Honestly, I had a really negative experience with this company. The prices were incredibly high, and the service was just unacceptable. I felt completely disregarded – I waited ages on hold, got no return calls, and when I did finally speak to someone, they were dismissive and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. I’ve been hit with unexpected fees that I don't understand, and getting any kind of explanation or assistance has been a complete struggle.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. From start to finish, the experience has been awful. The service is shockingly unprofessional and the prices are far too high. I was really taken aback by my bill, especially given the poor customer service I received. They’ve been consistently slow to respond to my emails and phone calls, and when I do manage to get through, the representatives are often rude and unable to actually help. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to resolve issues, but it’s just been a series of dead ends. Honestly, I feel completely stuck and regret making this decision.   “Overall, I was extremely disappointed with this company’s service. After agreeing on a price, they significantly increased the cost with just two weeks of the installation deadline, adding an unexpected $7,000 for additional panels. Now, six weeks after the system is operational, one of the panels isn't working and they're unable to address the issue due to staffing shortages.   “Overall, we were really pleased with the initial setup and the support we received beforehand. However, we’re still struggling to get the app working – we’ve been trying to get it set up since the end of September and haven’t had any luck yet.
