  “I need to address some concerning behavior regarding the driver’s interactions with pedestrians. Specifically, there was an incident near US-31 and 24th Street where the driver raised a significant issue with individuals using the crosswalk – they were simply walking their dogs and entered the crosswalk slightly before the light changed. It’s important that the driver understands this isn’t acceptable behavior, especially when interacting with the public. Furthermore, I’m concerned about granting this driver the authority to use the company vehicle with the windows down, as her reaction demonstrated a lack of professionalism that needs to be addressed.” report abuse

  “I got a quote for my driveway, and the guys advised me to get some concrete work done beforehand to protect the new driveway from heavy vehicles. They said the quote was valid through the 2024 paving season. However, after getting the concrete work completed, I emailed them to schedule the driveway installation. Weeks went by with no response – I even called and left messages, but I just didn't hear back. It was really concerning, especially when I went to their office and the windows were open but the door was locked. I was worried they might have gone out of business.” report abuse
