I just wanted to share my positive experience with Shoreline Manufacturing. The customer service was fantastic, and the shipping was incredibly fast. Jon and the team did a phenomenal job – the new unit replaced my 23-year-old heater box assembly on my 1998 W900, and it’s a huge improvement! I can barely hear the blower motor on high, and it’s really moving the air – getting 42 degrees of airflow from the vents. I’ll update my review once I’ve had a chance to fully install it, but so far, I’m extremely pleased with the product.

Overall, I’m really pleased with the service I received. Shoreline replaced the rusted-out heater box on my 1999 KW, and the quality was excellent – it’s worked perfectly through the winter and I expect it to last for years to come. I also recently had a small issue with my AC, and Jon in customer service was fantastic, addressing it immediately and getting me a new thermostat delivered within 24 hours. Great team!

I was really pleased with my recent purchase from Shoreline. The product itself was excellent and fit perfectly, installing just like the original equipment. I initially ordered two, but realized my mistake and they quickly corrected the order and refunded me double the amount – incredibly responsive customer service. It’s great to be able to speak with a real person to get questions answered, too. Overall, a fantastic experience!
