  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience building a home with Bosgraaf. While the design team was fantastic initially, it quickly became clear that their support completely disappears once the construction is finished. We’ve been in our home for 1.5 years and are still struggling to get a major issue resolved – one that was first reported nearly a year ago. Honestly, it feels like we’ve been completely forgotten. Despite acknowledging supply chain problems and staffing challenges (which we understand), Bosgraaf has offered absolutely no communication or timeline for a solution. We’ve been forced to spend extra money to cover the problem themselves, and we’ve repeatedly contacted the owner and multiple employees with no response. I would strongly advise anyone considering building or buying a Bosgraaf home to seriously reconsider. It’s a heartbreaking situation, and we’re just one of many neighbors experiencing the same frustrating lack of support. report abuse

  “I bought my house from Bosgraaf back in April 2021, and unfortunately, I’ve had a really frustrating experience since then. The laminate flooring on the main floor was already problematic from day one, and despite multiple attempts to contact them over the last year and a half, the issues haven’t been resolved. Communication has been incredibly slow – it often takes them weeks to respond to emails, and I’ve been unable to reach anyone by phone. Honestly, the overall build quality feels comparable to a builder like Allen Edwin, and potentially even worse. I’d give their customer service a one-star rating.” report abuse
