  I’m really disappointed with my experience. I purchased a $20 skimmer from them and it completely fell apart after just two uses. When I brought it back, they were incredibly unhelpful, essentially telling me it was my problem and they weren’t going to do anything about it. Considering I’ve spent over $300 this summer on supplies from their store, it’s frustrating that they wouldn’t even offer a replacement or assistance with such a small item. It really makes me feel like they don't value their customers. report abuse

  Overall, it was a pretty good experience – they had a really impressive selection and the prices were reasonable. However, the staff were mostly young and still learning the ropes, so I’d say they could be a little inconsistent. If you have complex questions, I’d definitely recommend asking one of the more experienced team members at the Holland location; they seemed to have a much better understanding. report abuse

  “Honestly, our experience buying the pool was really frustrating. We were given some timelines that never materialized, and we weren’t really kept in the loop about any changes. I ended up having to constantly call to get updates – it felt like we were chasing them down, and it was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.” report abuse
