  “I honestly couldn’t recommend Nederveld Surveying highly enough. They were absolutely fantastic – so professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about their clients. It’s rare to find a company that truly goes the extra mile, and Nederveld certainly does. I was dealing with a really complex situation with my property in a homeowners association, involving longstanding property line issues that dated back to the 80s. No surveyor would even consider coming into the neighborhood. But Nederveld stepped up and surveyed not just my property, but also many of my neighbors. Because of their willingness to take on this challenging project, we were finally able to correct the property lines after more than 40 years – it’s incredible! Hayden was particularly amazing; he’s a skilled surveyor and incredibly knowledgeable. Deane was also fantastic, always responsive to my calls and emails and handling any questions I had promptly.   “I was understandably concerned to see surveyors on my neighbor’s property, particularly as they were surveying land for a sale. The survey markers themselves seemed accurate, but it was completely unacceptable for them to be cutting branches and trunks from trees on my property without any warning or consideration. I was home when they arrived, and a simple conversation or at least some respect for the trees would have been appreciated. My main issue is the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed.” report abuse
