Honestly, we usually handle all our home maintenance ourselves, but this project really required an outside contractor, and they completely exceeded our expectations. From the very first conversation, they were incredibly professional – they gave us a really detailed quote and patiently answered all of our questions. They truly treated our house as if they were working on their own, and the final cleanup was spotless. We even had a surprise rainstorm during the installation, and they took great care to protect our property. I wholeheartedly recommend Lake Michigan Construction! We also chose the GAF Timberline Ultra HD shingle, and we’re thrilled with our decision.   “We had to replace our roof due to some issues with the valleys in our new home, and it started as just a repair. Unfortunately, Al and Mike couldn't find the right shingles to fix it properly. But Al and Kari really went above and beyond to help us out – they worked with my wife and me to find a solution, and they made sure the job looked fantastic. Honestly, the craftsmanship is excellent and their customer service is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.” report abuse

  I was really impressed with this company. I had a minor roof leak, and the owner was incredibly responsive – he came out immediately. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he walked me through the simple repair and even provided the materials for free! It was clear he could have charged a significant amount, but his honesty and willingness to help were truly outstanding. Definitely a great company with genuinely good people. report abuse

  I was really pleased with the recent work done on my house! They completely replaced the vinyl trim, and it looks fantastic. While they were working, they identified that my house was missing all of the Tyvek tape, so they’ve taken care of that along with installing new siding. The crew was incredibly respectful and did a really talented job, and Kari in the office was awesome to deal with – I’d definitely recommend them. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Lake Michigan Construction and Roofing. They were fantastic to work with – communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they got us scheduled for our gutter installation really quickly.
