Scott did a great job addressing the initial breaker issue – he proactively outlined the next steps if the repair wasn't permanent. Given the age of some of the appliances in the garage, he correctly suspected this might be a recurring problem. Thankfully, the initial fix held up for a month. Scott and Jacob then followed through with step two, which involved isolating the garage appliances and another wall, and we’ve been incredibly pleased with their work so far. We’ve already discussed the potential need for step three, but overall, we’re very satisfied with Scott and Jacob and EBC Electric and wholeheartedly recommend them.

“I’m really frustrated with this experience. I was incorrectly billed and had to contact them multiple times – first to just have someone review the bill with me, and then again the following week to confirm the error. They eventually sent a corrected bill, but I’m now being charged for training an apprentice, which seems completely unreasonable. On top of that, they left a significant mess after completing the work. It’s just a really poor experience overall.”
