  I was really pleased with the service I received when my patio sliding door lock broke. The previous owners had the original paperwork from TWC, who had installed the door back in 1999, and Tim from their service department was fantastic. He was able to track down the old order, quickly identify the lock type, and walk me through the entire process of unlocking it and removing the damaged part – all over the phone! It turned out to be a simple $25 replacement, and I was even able to install it myself. Honestly, without Tim’s help, I would have been stuck calling a repairman and paying a hefty fee. It really took the stress out of a potentially difficult situation for a new homeowner. report abuse
